1. Are all items hand sandblasted and Lasered by you?
Yes, they are. Everything we offer is Lasered or Hand Blasted by us to guarantee a high-quality and long-lasting item that you will enjoy for years to come.
2. How quick is the turn around time?
Stock dependent, it’s usually just a few business days from when you place your order. During this time, we’ll keep you updated on the production and shipping status via email.
Large orders typically take 5-7 days, which factors in our wait time for the additional stock.
3. Can we put anything we want on a Campfire or Bistro Coffee Mug?
Those mugs are Sand Blasted only.
We’re dedicated to delivering exactly what you want, however there are some space limitations. Highly detailed designs don’t come out well because there isn’t enough room in the mask for the sand to go between the lines and blast. The example engravings in our collections are good indicators of design size.
4. How do we collaborate with you about a custom design?

5. If I send you a family heirloom can you engrave on that?
Unfortunately not, because if something happened to it while in our care, we could never replace it.
